Include the approximate time, operation, error message, and job ID if available. Include a source URL only if you can share it. Never include API keys, session cookies, sign-in links, or private source contents.

When Seek X is busy

Page reads share a limited number of worker slots. Waiting requests start as capacity becomes available. If a wait expires, read the error before retrying. For a previously accepted job, check its status instead of starting a duplicate. When retrying a submitted API request, retain its request key and arguments.

Credits and sign-in

Account access is currently by invitation. Provisioned accounts sign in with their supplied email and password; contact support for access or credential recovery. The free allowance is 100 credits per UTC day and is shared by the website and connected clients. Check your account page for the balance and reset time. Sign-in links expire in 15 minutes and work once. Check your spam folder or request a new link if needed.
