What we process
Seek X processes your email address, account identifiers, sign-in requests, API keys and app connections, daily credit use, requested URLs, search queries, browser actions, source captures, and extraction results. We also keep request and service records needed to operate the service and investigate failures. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, apply the daily allowance, run your requested work, return saved results, protect accounts, and respond to support requests. Requests go to the websites or search services needed to complete them. Those websites can receive the request and our server’s network address.
Service providers
The hosted service uses Amazon Web Services for compute, storage, networking, DNS, and transactional sign-in email. Its application and account storage run in Oregon, USA; delivery networks may process requests in other locations. The hosted extraction model runs on our AWS machine. We do not sell account data or use your source captures to train a model.
Storage and access
Account results are separated by account. Credentials are stored as hashes where the service supports verification without recovering the original secret. Browser sessions and email links expire. Saved job records normally expire after seven days; cached pages, source archives, usage receipts, and operational records follow separate cleanup rules and do not all share that retention period. Account identity and replay-prevention records can remain until the account is removed.
Your choices
You can revoke API keys and disconnect apps from your account page. For account deletion, access, correction, or privacy questions, email nickvan23@gmail.com from the account’s address. We may need to verify ownership. Deletion from live storage does not necessarily remove an existing backup immediately.
Cookies and changes
We use a session cookie for sign-in and browser session storage to carry an app connection request through consent. This policy may change as the service changes. The current version and effective date appear on this page.
Provisioned account sign-in
For accounts provided directly by the operator, we store a salted password hash and issue expiring session cookies after sign-in. We do not store the plaintext password. Account access and saved sources remain isolated per account.
